What’s the difference between manual and automatic courses?
Manual courses teach clutch control and gear changes; automatic courses focus on vehicle control without clutch use. Choose based on the vehicle you will drive and your goals.
How soon after booking can I start lessons?
Book at least 24 hours in advance. We typically schedule new students within 24 hours on weekdays when slots are available.
What documents do I need for lessons and for the driving test?
Bring a valid ID (national ID or passport). For the driving test, follow Tanzania Traffic Police requirements; our team will confirm when you book.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Book at least 24 hours in advance. Cancel at least 12 hours before to reschedule without a fee. Refunds are available only for unused lessons if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed lessons without prior notice are non-refundable.
Are vehicles and instructors accessible for students with mobility needs?
Training vehicles and classrooms are welcoming and accessible; flexible scheduling and individualized instruction are offered. Contact us to discuss specific accessibility needs.
